This is a legal agreement between you and the Municipality of Alfonso, Cavite. By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" box and creating an account, you are confirming that you understand and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you will not be able to create an account or use this online service. You may still pay your taxes in person at the Municipal Treasury Office.
Eligibility: You must be a registered property owner in Alfonso, Cavite, or a legally authorized representative (e.g., with a Special Power of Attorney) to create an account and transact on behalf of a property owner.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during account registration. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information (email address and phone number) up to date.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. The Municipality of Alfonso will never ask you for your password.
Notification: You must notify the Treasury Department immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Intended Purpose: This portal is to be used solely for viewing your RPT assessment details, processing tax payments, and accessing your payment history and official receipts.
Property Identification: You are responsible for ensuring you are transacting on the correct property by using the correct Tax Declaration Number (TDN). The Municipality is not liable for payments made to the wrong property account due to user error.
Payment Processing: Online payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processing partner. The Municipality of Alfonso does not store your full credit card number or bank account details on its servers.
Official Receipts: A digital copy of your Official Receipt (OR) will be available in your account upon successful payment confirmation. This digital OR is a valid proof of payment.
